Kye Fleming was a dominant Nashville writer of 1980s country. She was half of the Dennis Morgan/Kye Fleming writing partnership back in the late 70s – mid 80′s. She has been named NSAI Songwriter of the Year, collected 10 BMI Million-Aire Awards and has CMA, ACM, Dove, and Grammy nominations. As a music publisher, she has eight ASCAP and BMI-awarded songs including “The Way You Love Me,” recorded by Faith Hill and the 2002 ASCAP Song of the Year (NSAI).

Ronnie Milsap’s cut of her song “Smokey Mountain Rain” was recently named an official state song of Tennessee. It joins other classic’s like “Tennessee Waltz” and “Rocky Top.”

Tammy Hyler began her songwriting career in Los Angeles, California where she played country music by night, and worked in the motion picture industry by day. She was the executive assistant to Jeffrey Katzenberg, head of Dreamworks SKG Entertainment, until she made the move to Nashville to pursue songwriting in 1994. In 1997 she was offered publishing deals at three major companies, including Little Big Town, where she signed.  Three months later Sony/Tree bought Little Big Town. Tammy’s first cut under this deal was “I Can Still Feel You by Collin Raye (1998), which went to #1 on the country charts for two weeks. Her second single, “I Love You” by Martina McBride (1999), went to #1 on both the country and pop charts for 5 consecutive weeks.  Her most recent cut from that catalog, That’s My Kind of Woman” by George Strait, was released October 2006 on the new album “It Just Comes Natural.”
